Your journey begins in Wishvale, a peaceful hometown reduced to ashes. Octopath Traveler 0 adds a full town-building layer to the series. Place homes, shops and farms, invite the people you meet on your travels to settle down, and watch Wishvale grow from ruins into a thriving community that supports your adventure. The PS5 version supports up to 500 town-building placements, more than the PS4 and Nintendo Switch versions, so you have extra room to design the hometown of your dreams.

Eight Heroes on the Battlefield

The classic Break and Boost turn-based battle system returns, now expanded to a party of eight. Four fighters take the front line while four more wait in the back row, ready to swap in mid-battle to exploit weaknesses, recover, or unleash devastating boosted attacks. Path Actions also return, letting you interact with the people of Orsterra in your own way.
