Delivery Information

All orders are shipped within 24 of receiving payment, with the exception of per-orders and games that are out of stock. If you have not received an order within 7 days, please notify us by email.

We use Australia Post  to deliver the item to our customers. There are 3 methods of postage that we use:

Priority Registered Post 

Delivery time frame of 1-5 working days. However in metropolitan areas the delivery time is usually between 1-3 working days

With Registered Post you get:

• Proof of posting (when lodged over the counter at a Post Office)
• Proof of receipt and online tracking^#
• Compensation for loss or damage - up to $100 included (for higher coverage, add Extra Cover^{^}

Parcel Post 

Express Post

• Next business day delivery* within the Express Post delivery network and fastest possible delivery for other areas
• Extra Cover, Signature on Delivery and Email Track Advice available
• Tracking included
• Saturday Delivery available for Express Post parcels sent on Fridays within Saturday delivery areas^#.

Postage cost will be calculate automatically at check out before payment.
